Student Support Programs

At ULI, we understand that student life can be both exciting and challenging. Whether you’re adjusting to a new environment, balancing studies with personal life, or simply need someone to talk to — help is always available.

Here2Talk – 24/7 Mental Health Support

ULI students — both domestic and international — have access to Here2Talk, a free and confidential counselling and referral service offered to all students enrolled in B.C. post-secondary institutions.
You can connect with a professional counsellor anytime, anywhere through phone, web, or the free mobile app.

Counselling is available in multiple languages upon request. While they will do their best to match you with someone who speaks your preferred language, availability may vary and wait times may apply.

Here2Talk can help with:

  • Conflicts or tensions with friends, family, or instructors

  • Feelings of isolation, loneliness, or depression

  • Stress and anxiety related to school or personal matters

  • Uncertainty about your studies or future career plans

  • Balancing academic and personal responsibilities

No appointment needed — all conversations are strictly confidential.
