Here2Talk – 24/7 Mental Health Support
ULI students — both domestic and international — have access to Here2Talk, a free and confidential counselling and referral service offered to all students enrolled in B.C. post-secondary institutions.
You can connect with a professional counsellor anytime, anywhere through phone, web, or the free mobile app.
Counselling is available in multiple languages upon request. While they will do their best to match you with someone who speaks your preferred language, availability may vary and wait times may apply.
