MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT
The Medical Office Assistant Diploma is designed to equip individuals with a strong foundation in Medical Terminology, EHR, Medical Billing, Medical Office Procedures, Clinical Procedures, and Medical Transcription. The hands-on practicum provides the students with the perfect opportunity to imbibe the skills and practices in the workplace, and concretize the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.

* This program is not eligible for the Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) program

Admission Requirements

Grade 12 or mature student status (minimum 19 years of age)

Pass an interview with ULI admissions department.

Completion of grades 9-11, including English 11 with a grade of ‘C’ or higher from a country where English is one of the principal languages, or
-
Completion of 2 years of full-time post-secondary education at an accredited institution where English is the language of instruction, or
-
Provide verified results, dated no more than two years before the start date of the program, for one of the English language proficiency tests listed below:
